How Do they Differ from PC's?

Unlike the personal computers we are used to dealing with, server hardware and software are designed to operate for their one specific purpose. To begin with, their operating systems are vastly different from the type of operating systems we are used to. They are not “user-friendly” and typically do not provide a GUI.
