Homework 5: Post Lab Write Up

Your homework assignment is to think critically about networks — the Internet specifically. Firstly, read this article that discusses just how intensely integrated our world is becoming by being connected via the Internet.

Now I will ask you two challenging questions:

1. How does the Internet work? (explain)
2. Is it good that more and more "things" are being connected to the internet?

The first question may seem daunting, but try to answer it as best you can. This will require some researching online. I would recommend googling that exact question. The second question is your chance to think ethically about the social implications of the Internet and Networking in general. What is at risk when we are all connected? What is beneficial? Please answer these two questions thoroughly. I expect a write up that is at least 1 page long, 2 pages maximum (1.5 spaced).
